Exportable Data

This page lists the data of the Service that you will be able to export, and what we hold today. At present you can obtain a copy only on request. It is the list referred to in Section 14 of the Terms of Service ("Switching to another provider") and in the Privacy Policy. Nobody is a Customer yet, so this page applies to you as a person on the waitlist, through the Privacy Policy. Capitalised terms have the meaning given in the Terms.

1. Current state

The Service is not open yet. Nobody can create an Account, so there are no Accounts, API Keys, Subscriptions or Customer Data, and there is nothing to export from account settings.

2. Waitlist

If you joined the waitlist, we hold your email address, the IP address at the time of submission and the time of submission, as described in the Privacy Policy.

The IP address is cleared automatically 365 days after you join. The email address and the time are kept until the Service opens and we have finished contacting the waitlist, until you ask us to remove them, or until 24 months have passed since you joined, whichever comes first. The entry is then deleted.

To receive a copy of this data or to have it erased, contact us at privacy@byteimagination.com. We reply within one month, or within the longer period the Privacy Policy allows for complex requests. Because you gave us this data yourself on the basis of your consent, you can also ask for it in a machine-readable format and withdraw your consent at any time.

3. Changes to this page

If the Service opens, we will update this page before it does, to list the data you will be able to export and the formats you will receive it in.
